Застосування полімерних композиційних матеріалів при проєктуванні деталей та складальних одиниць повітряних суден

Abstract

UK: Об’єкт досліджень – агрегат ПС, який розроблений за технологією виготовлення конструкцій із ПКМ. Мета роботи – розробка носової частини фюзеляжу вертольоту із полімерних композиційних матеріалів. Метод дослідження – комплексний з використанням стандартних методик, що викладені в нормативній літературі. У дипломній роботі комплексно вирішуються питання, пов’язані з розробкою нових вузлів габаритних конструкцій фюзеляжу ЛА, розроблених із застосуванням технологій ПКМ, на заміну вузлів, виготовлених із алюмінієвих сплавів. Виконана дипломна робота включає такі складові: літературний огляд технічної інформації за темою дипломної роботи; аналіз факторів, які приводять до деградації властивостей металевих деталей планеру ЛА в процесі експлуатації ПС, аналіз типів КМ, які можуть застосовуватися у складі ЛА, технологій пов’язаних з їх формуванням, питання особливостей збирання у складі планеру ЛА, складових частин, виготовлених із ПКМ, методика розробки габаритних деталей фюзеляжу із ПКМ, проведення необхідних розрахунків. EN: The object of research is an aircraft unit developed using the technology of manufacturing structures from PCM. Purpose – to develop a helicopter fuselage nose section made of polymer composite materials. The research method is complex with the use of standard methods described in the regulatory literature. The thesis comprehensively addresses the issues related to the development of new components of the overall structures of the aircraft fuselage, developed using PCM technologies, to replace components made of aluminium alloys. The completed thesis includes the following components: literature review technical information on the topic of the thesis; analysis of factors that lead to degradation of the properties of metal parts of the aircraft airframe during the operation of the aircraft, analysis of the types of CM that can be used in the aircraft, technologies related to their formation, issues of peculiarities of assembly as part of the aircraft airframe, components made of PCM, methodology for developing dimensional parts of the fuselage from PCM, and the necessary calculations.
