Abstract

UK:Пояснювальна записка до дипломної кваліфікаційної роботи магістра «Дослідження впливу нітроцементації на довговічність деталі «Шестерня» 45 сторінок, 21 рисунків, 2 таблиці, 1 додаток, 12 джерел. Предметом дослідження є режими для хіміко-термічної обробки, які мають вплив на довговічність деталей після нітроцементації. Мета роботи – вдосконалення технологічного процесу нітроцементації для підвищення довговічності шестерні. Пояснювальна записка містить усі необхідні етапи дослідження структури та властивостей деталі шестерні для підвищення її довговічності після нітроцементації. В результаті роботи запропоновано технологічний процес, який поєднує нітроцементацію та термоциклічну обробку деталі, які призвели до підвищення показників довговічності EN: Explanatory note to the master's diploma qualification work "Investigation of the effect of nitrocementation on the durability of the part "Gear": 45 pages, 18 figures, 4 tables, 1 appendix, 16 sources. The subject of research is the regimes for chemical and thermal treatment, which have an effect on the durability of parts after nitrocementation. The purpose of the work is the technology of manufacturing the part after nitrocementation to increase the durability of the gear. The explanatory note contains all the necessare stages of research into the structure and properties of the gear part to increase its durability after nitrocementation. As a result of the work, a technological process of nitrocementation with thermocyclic processing of the part was proposed, which led to a decrease in the duration of the chemical-thermal processing process and an increase in durability indicators.
