Застосування полімерних композиційних матеріалів при проектуванні деталей повітряних суден

Abstract

UK: Об’єкт досліджень – процес формування капоту з полімерного композиційного матеріалу при модернізації повітряного судна. Мета роботи – розробка технології отримання капоту відсіків двигунів модернізованого вертольоту з полімерних композиційних матеріалів. Метод дослідження – аналітичний, графічний, метод розрахунку на міцність, методи проектування на ЕОМ за допомогою програмних пакетів: Solid Works, AutoCAD, ANSYS. У дипломному проєкті розглядається технологічний процес виготовлення капоту двигуна переднього модернізованого вертольоту з полімерного матеріалу, розраховується необхідна кількість складових, проводиться аналіз схеми навантаження, напружено-деформованого стану та розрахунок конструкції капотів та їх кріплення на міцність. The purpose of the work is to develop a technology for obtaining the hood of the engine compartments of the modernized Mi-2 helicopter from polymer composite materials. The design method is analytical, graphical, strength calculation method, computer design methods using software packages: Solid Works, AutoCAD, ANSYS. The diploma project examines the technological process of manufacturing the engine hood of the modernized Mi-2 helicopter from polymer material, calculates the necessary amount of prepreg components, analyzes the load scheme, stress-strain state, and calculates the design of the hoods and their fastening for strength.
