Abstract

UK: В роботі розглянуто процеси прискорення дифузії в кремнії та германії. Проведено аналіз фізичних механізмів, які приводять до прискорення масопереносу. Проведено аналіз фізичних механізмів по прискоренню дифузії германії під дією атомарного водню. Розглянуто технологічне обладнання для обробки зразків атомарного водню. Розробленно рекомендації для проведення стимулювання дифузії під дією атомарного водню. EN: The processes of diffusion acceleration in silicon and germanium are considered in the work. The analysis of physical mechanisms that lead to the acceleration of mass transfer is carried out. The analysis of physical mechanisms on acceleration of germanium diffusion under the action of atomic hydrogen is carried out. Technological equipment for processing of atomic hydrogen samples is considered. Recommendations for stimulating diffusion under the action of atomic hydrogen have been developed.
