Abstract

UK: Стаття присвячена формі державного правління як одному з найважливіших елементів держави. Представлено авторське бачення поняття «форма правління» на основі нових підходів, визначені історичні типи суспільств (станово-феодальнe; громадянське), держави (станово-феодального суспільства та громадянського суспільства), форми держави (монократія; полікратія) та форми державного правління (монархія; поліархія), розкриваются загальні закономірності переходу від форми правління держави станово-феодального суспільства (монархії) до форми правління держави громадянського суспільства (поліархія), визначаються тенденції їх розвитку стосовно країн з перехідним типом. EN: The article is devoted to the form of state government as one of the most important elements of the state. It outlines the author's vision of the concept of „form of government”, identifies, on the basis of some new approaches, the historical types of societies (caste-status and civic), states, forms of state (monocracy and polycracy) and forms of state government (monarchy and polyarchy); general patterns of transition of the form of government of the caste state society (monarchy) to the form of government of the state of civil society (polyarchy) are revealed, some tendencies of their development in relation to the countries of transition type are determined. Într-însul se prezintă viziunea autorului asupra conceptului de „formă de guvernare”, se identifică, pe baza unor noi abordări, tipurile istorice de societăți (castă-feudală; civilă), de state (statul societății de castă-feudale și societății civile), forme de stat (monocrație; policrație) și forme de guvernare de stat (monarhie; poliarhie), dezvăluie regularitățile generale ale tranziției formei de guvernare a statului societății castă-feudală (monarhie) până la forma de guvernare a statului societății civile (poliarhia), sunt definite tendințe ale dezvoltării lor în raport cu țările de tip de tranziție.
