Abstract

UK: У статті розглянуто сучасні підходи до формування корпоративного керування. Наголошено, що саме інформаційні системи (їх якість та рівень) зазвичай виступають важливим механізмом у корпоративному управлінні та формують системи потенціалів суб’єкта господарювання. EN: The article is a study of theoretical and methodological foundations of corporate governance with increased competition and the transition from the economy of proposals to the economy demand. The basis for forming a management strategy for any business entity is the reasoned planning of all types of administrative measures. The corporate governance system is one of the most productive forms of production management for domestic commodity producers, which ensures the implementation of a model of long-term sustainable development. The article reviews current approaches to the formation of corporate governance. It was emphasized that information systems (their quality and level) are usually an important mechanism in corporate governance and it`s form the system of potentialities of a business entity. It is proved in the work that changing the dominant in forming the corporation's potential with shifting emphasis on increasing the use of information systems will increase the efficiency of corporate governance. Corporate governance can not usually develop without the proper growth of the performance of the functions of state institutions, and the quality of government regulation in turn is directly dependent on those relationships that have accumulated in the business environment. The National Council on Corporate Governance should become the only important platform for talks between government and business - since power structures and entrepreneurs have almost synchronized the understanding that corporate governance issues are at the forefront. Good corporate governance is a fundamental need of the business community of our country. RU: В статье рассмотрены современные подходы к формированию корпоративного управления.
